A fastener plant built around engineering
Samand Pich Arian (S.P.A) was founded in 2006 in Ghods City, Tehran Province. From the start we have specialised in cold forging, which shapes steel wire into bolts and pins at room temperature. It gives strong parts and wastes very little material.
Our customers today are carmakers and auto-part manufacturers. Our engineering department works with them from the first sketch and prepares the production drawing. Every custom part we make is reserved for the customer who ordered it.
We are now preparing to supply customers outside Iran.

Cold forging
Steel wire is cut to length and formed at room temperature into heads, flanges, collars and shoulders. Because the metal is not heated or machined away, its grain flow stays continuous and follows the shape of the part.
Quality
Certified for automotive supply
Our quality system is certified to IATF 16949, the automotive industry's quality standard, and to ISO 9001. We make parts to DIN and ISO standards or to your own specification, in every property class from 4.6 to 12.9.

Your part, your drawing, your mark.
ISO 898-1 requires hex-head bolts from M5 upward to carry the maker's mark and the property class on the head. We forge parts with the S.P.A mark, or with your own mark when we make them for you as your OEM supplier.
Exclusive drawings. Each custom part is made for one customer and is never sold to anyone else.
From a sample or a sketch. If you only have a part in hand, our engineers prepare the drawing for you.
